DIGITAL IMAGING
Quick access to images and more
Once images have been captured with the
CR-DGi, they are transferred to a
connected PC for
observation. You'll be able to check
ocular conditions right away, or take
another shot when necessary (for
example, if the examinee has blinked).
The CR-DGi produces images that are
ideal for diverse applications,
including telemedicine, PC-based video
conferencing, electronic filing, and
remote storage. |

USER-FRIENDLY OPERATION
Easy alignment & focusing
Preparing for image capture is
remarkably simple,
thanks to a two-step procedure. First,
you align the split pupil image with the
operation lever. Then you switch to the
retinal display, and adjust the split
lines and working distance dots. This
system makes it easy to obtain the
correct distance to the retina, ensuring
sharp images with practically every
shot. |

The DGI is the 7th generation of Non-mydriatic
retinal cameras from Canon. Canon has always
been the leader in Non-mydriatic cameras for a
number of reasons.
RELIABILITY
Canon retinal cameras have proven to be the most
problem free cameras on the market. We have sold
hundreds of cameras over 23 years and service
issues have been rare.
EASY OPERATION
Canon's unique alignment features make it
almost impossible to take a bad photo. Simply
aligning 2 working dots and focusing 2 bars
guarantees optimal positioning resulting in
photos that are the best they can be.
ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
Canon has always used much higher quality
infra-red viewing components than their
competition. This results in better
visualization of the retina on the monitor
during alignment.
UPGRADABLE
Canon uses an exterior digital camera instead of
a propriatory integrated digital camera. By the
time the competition introduces their most
current system, It is typicaly outdated. Canon
retinal cameras allow you to choose from a
number of super mega pixel cameras. This
flexibility leads the way for future upgrading
and ease of service.
AFFORDABLE
Canon's commitment to the eyecare market doesn't
stop at their design. They have maintained
competitive prices to make it even more logical
to choose this brand name system over any other.
